The application will appear with the application number highlighted. Click on the Application number to open it up.
You can see all the details uploaded by the Applicant and all responses from Statutory Consultees by selecting ‘Files’ in the menu bar.
To make a comment, click ‘Comments’ in the menu bar, then click the right hand ‘Comment’ box and complete the details requested.
You can indicate whether you are a ‘member of the public’ or ‘Neighbour’ in the list.
Make sure to indicate whether your comment is Object or Support in the list under ‘Stance’. If you are making a general comment, then choose ‘Representation’.
Type your Comment and, finally, scroll down to click the ‘Next’ button to complete the submission of your comment.

Make sure to quote Planning Application No 22/00668 as the reference. Letters received by the Council are scanned and uploaded, though the process is slower than submitting online.
