New Tree arrives on The Plantation

In February 2022 a major storm damaged a mature Honey Locust tree on the edge of the Plantation in The Street. The tree was felled to prevent danger to life and property.

In January 2023 Little Chart Parish Council arranged for a Copper Beech sapling to replace the fallen tree, which stood in a Conservation Area.

The aim is to improve the street scene, increase biodiversity and build resilience into our public spaces.
