English Rural Housing Association is the landlord of a development of affordable homes at Bridge Close, Woodchurch. The homes were built to meet the housing needs of local people and have a local connection criterion in place for the allocation of these homes.  

One of our shared ownership properties has become available for resale and we are looking for a local person who may be interested in purchasing the property.

To be eligible for this property, applicants must have a local connection to the Parish of Woodchurch. If we are unable to find suitable applicants from Woodchurch, we will consider applicants with a local connection to the surrounding Parishes of Warehorne, Kenardington, Shadoxhurst, Appledore, Tenterden, High Halden or Bethersden.
