The ‘Canterbury Pathways’ Initiative is open to people of working age living in Canterbury district who are not currently in education or work, as well as those in work but looking to upskill. Its aim to is to get more people into available education and training and ultimately new jobs, especially higher income employment. This is being delivered in collaboration with East Kent College and other training providers.
This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund with Canterbury City Council as the lead authority.
Anybody taking part in the programme will receive personalised support and guidance throughout, with training opportunities available both in person and virtually.
