Sorry to start this glorious day with a moan, but it was sad to see this in the gym area in the Cherry Orchard today.
Please, if you have a meeting in the park, or a celebration such as a baby shower, please, please, please, clear up your rubbish and take it home with you. Two litter bins are overflowing with waste and “It’s a boy” confetti is covering the whole gym area all over the grass.
With the new play area being built, and this only being the start of the summer please can we take better care of our green spaces for everyone to use.
(Including picking up our dog waste, which there has been an increase of again in Cherry Orchard).
