Patient Engagement Programme first volunteers

We were delighted to welcome our first group of volunteers to KMMS recently, as part of the Patient Engagement Programme, to help develop the doctors of the future.

These volunteers will share their lived experiences with our medical students, providing valuable perspectives and insights that will help to shape the next generation of future doctors to be empathetic, compassionate, and patient-centred. We look forward to the positive impact this programme will have on both our students, and local patients, carers and their families.
