Road Closure – (Overnight) Central Parade, Herne Bay

Kent County Council gives notice that Central Parade, Herne Bay will be closed to
through traffic, on or after 24th June 2024 for up to 1 night and on or after the 28th
June 2024 for up to 1 night.
The road will be closed between the junctions of Dolphin Street and Lane End.
The alternative route is via:
Eastbound – Lane End, B2205 High Street, Station Road.
Westbound – Dolphin Street, B2205 High Street, Lane End.
It is planned that the road will be closed between 20:00 hrs and 05:00 hrs each night.
This closure is necessary to enable cycle lane marking works to be carried out by Kent
County Council.
This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a
period of no more than 5 days.
