PARISH COUNCIL OF GUSTON

NOTICE OF PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

To which the Public and Press are cordially invited to be present

Members are hereby summoned, and notice is given that the Meeting of the Parish

Council will be held on Tuesday 21th May 2024 –following the Annual Parish Meeting

Legislation allows for meetings to be recorded by anyone attending. Persons intending to record or who have concerns about being recorded should please speak to the Clerk.

Chairman Declaration

I would like to declare that apologies of absence received for this meeting will be documented within the Minutes. I can confirm that any councillors that have not submitted an apology will be entered into the minutes as absent. Any new declarations of interest, either personal or prejudicial, on any of our agenda items are to be declared by the councillor at the start of the meeting. All items for consultation and any additional correspondence received have been communicated to all councillors by email ahead of the meeting.

4) Public Participation

Meetings of the Parish Council are not public meetings, but members of the public have a statutory right to attend meetings of the council as observers. They have no legal right to speak unless the Parish Council Chairman authorises them to do so. Members of the public may not take part in the Parish Council meeting itself.
