We all know someone who has experienced a break, sprain or dislocation. From skiing, slipping whilst running round the side of a swimming pool, trampolining … or just falling badly, they happen all the time, and they are tricky injuries to avoid. Whilst breaks and sprains are extremely common, it is difficult to know whether you have broken a bone or just have a soft tissue injury.
