In January 2021 Festival Stoke took on plot 33 at Richmond Street Allotments in the heart of Stoke town allowing them to continue to develop the Greening Stoke project into a health and wellbeing project with a creative gardening twist. They applied for a National Garden Scheme Community Garden Grant so they could build raised beds, lay paved paths and get some fruit trees. Well done to all involved, it’s looking fantastic!

They’ve hosted seed swaps and plant swaps and workshops and local artist Ben McManus created the stunning fox mural on the reclaimed shed in summer 2023.
