Here is a further collection of funding rounds from local and national organisations focusing on arts and culture themes aimed at helping charities continue their work.

Momentum Music Fund from PRS Foundation
The Momentum Music Fund from the PRS Foundation offers grants for UK based artists and bands to break through to the next level of their careers.

Activities eligible for support include recording, touring, and marketing.

Relaunching soon, the next deadline for applications is 5th August 2024 with further dates to be announced for later seasons.

Universal Music UK Sound Foundation
Schools across the UK can apply for grants from Universal Music UK Sound Foundation towards the cost of musical resources.

Formerly known as the EMI Music Sound Foundation, the Universal Music UK Sound Foundation (UMUKSF) is an independent music education charity that supports music-making activities for young people and schools.

Individuals in full time education can apply for funding towards the cost of musical instruments or equipment to further their music education. Schools can also apply for funding towards the cost of musical resources.

The funders also advise music teachers delivering the National Curriculum can apply for funding towards one off music training or CPD courses.

At the time of writing the scheme is currently closed and is due to re-open for applications in June 2024, and the Foundation advise interested applicants to check back to their webpages for further news.

Small Grants Scheme from Theatres Trust
Grants are available for essential small capital improvements to not-for-profit theatres in the UK, to enable them to be viable and thrive in the future.

This scheme is especially interested in hearing from applications for improvements to buildings that protect theatre use and remove barriers to participation and attendance.

The next round of the Small Grants Programme (supported by The Linbury Trust) is now open for applications with a deadline of midday on 7th June 2024 with further dates to be announced.
