The old Debenhams building on Chatham High Street has been put on the market. This 130,425 sq. ft. of ex-department store will have a long-term lease, could be split into smaller units, has a large loading bay and prime frontage on to the High Street.

We are really interested in leisure, community, cultural & education potential, throughout the building and especially on the ground floor to bring new life to the High Street.

This building has all the potential to be a brilliant cultural, creative production and community beacon space that supports our cultural placemaking plans that are putting Medway on the map as a creative production hub at the heart of Thames Estuary.
