For Kent Spitfires ‘ final six Vitality Blast South Group games, Kent Cricket is pleased to announce the signing of Australian bowling all-rounder Tom Rogers, subject to regulatory approval.

The 30- yr- ancient has played 49 T20 matches in his career but way, taking 60 wickets at an average of 24.78.



He has seven years of experience playing in Australia’s premier domestic T20 competition, the KFC Big Bash League ( BBL), featuring for Hobart Hurricanes &amp, Melbourne Renegades. His latest T20 best images of 5- 16 coming in January 2023 against the Melbourne Stars.

Bowling correct- arm medium- fast speed &amp, batting left- handed, Rogers has a batting strike rate of over 100.00 &amp, a bowling strike rate of 17.73.

He will be available for Kent Spitfires ‘ second T20 device, away at Gloucestershire on Friday 5 July.

Rogers stated when he made the decision to join Kent that he was “appreciative of the opportunity to play in the Vitality Blast.”

We are aware that every sport is crucial for us right now, and I want to play a Spitfire and help us achieve success there.

Kent’s Director of Cricket, Simon Cook, said:” We’re pleased to have got Tom on board to certain- up our bowling options going into the ‘ business end’ of this South Group stage.

He “has a lot of experience and skills that will be important to us, also, with both the bat and the ball.”
