Medway believes that walking is the secret to a happier and healthier lifestyle. This is true for both the Ramblers Wellbeing Walks and the Mediterranean HealthWalks. No matter your age, income, gender, or ability, almost everyone can do it. It is the simplest and most approachable type of exercise that you can incorporate into your daily routine.

Join our volunteer-led walking program to encourage Medway residents to take a group stroll. There are several walking options, ranging in length from 10 to 90 minutes. All you need are a pair of shoes and the right level of fitness for the walk you want to take.

Whether it’s the distance, the terrain, or the environment, each walk has a distinct feel, and we’ve created the grading system to assist you in choosing the best walking group for you.
