Prepare for pumpkin picking season; autumn has finally arrived! What better way to embrace the colder weather than to go pumpkin hunting with loved ones? It’s the ideal activity to infuse everyone with the spirit of autumn! Check out the information below for the best locations and times to go pumpkin picking:

Checking the weather forecast is always a good idea. If rain is anticipated, do n’t forget to dress appropriately and put on your wellies and waterproofs. To keep those hands warm and clean, gloves are essential.

Kent, North

Moon of the Pumpkin:

Wonderland of pumpkins! Pick from more than 100 different types of gourds, squash, and pumpkins. Booking is necessary, and you can make a purchase on their website.

Where: Rainham, Kent, ME7 2YA’s lower rainham road

When: October 7 through October 29

Price: £3.25 for an adult and child ticket, under 2’s go free.

Farm Chilton Manor:

A family farm and shop called Chilton Manor Farm is located in the stunning Kent countryside close to Sittingbourne. They also provide pick your own apples, blackberries, raspberry, and pears in addition to pumpkins. There is no entry fee, and a reservation is not required.

When: October 14 through October 21.

Pumpkins are priced by weight, starting at £1 and going up to £12.

Choose your own pumpkin for Halloween by becoming a” Pumpet Picker.” Search the field for the golden pumpkin that is there. A wheelbarrow full of pumpkins could be yours for free if you locate the gold pumpkin! You can get your biggest pumpkin for free if you find a silver pumpkin. Only assistance dogs are permitted.

Better than ever, I’m back! Perfect for a last-minute family plan, no reservations are required. Dogs on leads are welcome, and admission and parking are free. Credit cards and cash are also accepted.

a Sandwich-based family-run farm shop that sells produce and picks its own pumpkins. While you’re there, they also have a cute donuts stall to enjoy! Booking is not required.

Little Fant Farm:

A 20-acre small family farm called The Little Fant Farm has a Tea Barn, animals, and orchards to admire. Ideal for those seeking a family outing. Pumpkin picking is open to the public without advance reservations. On leads, dogs are permitted. parking on the property.
